TUITION / ATTENDANCE
Please call Blooming Flowers for Childcare, Before and After School Care, and Transportation Service rates 708-501-0063. We are accepting AFC (Action for Children) for families who qualify. https://www.actforchildren.org Any non-assistance Tuition is due weekly or bi-weekly depending on the parent’s request. The full amount will be due unless you have made other arrangements with the daycare Director. All co-payments should be paid in full.
VACATION/SICK TIME
Vacation Time - Parent must notify us at least one week in advance if your child will be absent for vacation.
Sick Time – After a minimum of three days your child(ren) will need a doctor's release to return.
REFERRALS
For every referral (child) sent to us and stay enrolled for 30 days you will receive a 50.00 Credit towards ONE childcare fee or co-payment and the new enrollee will receive 50.00 off their 1st childcare fee or co-payment.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Blooming Flowers Childcare expects your child to be present following the schedule the parent provides. If the child will NOT be in attendance for the following school day, we asked to be notified 24 hours in advance.
LATE ARRIVALS/ LATE PICK UP
Children should arrive between 6am-9am for Daycare. Children should arrive between 5pm-7pm for Nightcare. Parents are required to contact (phone/text) the Director before 10am, and before 6pm if the child (ren) are not attending for the day. All late picks will be a charge of $1.00 per minute.
